1. General Provisions

RideUp Limo operates as a booking platform that connects passengers with carefully selected, independent professional transportation providers. We do not own or operate vehicles ourselves. Instead, we make it possible for you to request and confirm rides that are delivered by licensed and insured local service providers.

Your use of the platform is also subject to the following additional policies:

  • Privacy Policy – which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.
  • Luggage Policy – which outlines what items may or may not be carried.
  • Cancellation Policy – which details the conditions for refunds and fees.
  • Other applicable rules and guidelines published by RideUp Limo from time to time.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the RideUp Limo Platform independently.

Parents or guardians may open and manage accounts for minors who are 16 or 17 years old, provided that the adult remains fully responsible for the minor’s use of the service.

Each guest may only hold one registered account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are not permitted and may be closed without notice.

RideUp Limo reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts if a user fails to meet the eligibility requirements or violates these Terms.

3. Updates and Changes to Terms

RideUp Limo may update these Terms periodically to reflect new services, features, or legal requirements.

Any updated version will be published on our website and app. You will be asked to review and accept the new Terms before making future bookings.

Continued use of the platform after the update will be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Most disputes or claims relating to the RideUp Limo Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial for covered claims.

Class actions are not permitted. All claims must be brought individually.

Certain claims, such as sexual assault or harassment claims, or claims that cannot legally be arbitrated, may proceed in court.

Unless prohibited by law, arbitration will take place in New York City, New York.

5. Digital Agreement through Electronic Signature

By finalizing a reservation with RideUp Limo, you authorize us to treat your electronic confirmation as legally binding. This digital approval is considered the equivalent of your handwritten signature and signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our Terms & Conditions and service policies.

6. Strict Policy on Illegal Substances

For the safety and comfort of all passengers and chauffeurs, the use or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances in any RideUp Limo vehicle is not permitted under any circumstances. Should such behavior be observed, the chauffeur reserves the right to end the trip immediately. Depending on the situation, law enforcement may also be contacted. In these cases, fares already paid will not be refunded.

7. Vehicle-Specific Cancellation Guidelines

We aim to provide flexibility for our clients, but each vehicle category requires advance scheduling and preparation. To ensure fairness and proper resource management, the following cancellation windows apply:

  • Sedans and SUVs: Refunds are available if cancellation is made a minimum of 24 hours before pickup.
  • Sprinters and Limousines: Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled ride to qualify for a refund.
  • Buses and Motor Coaches: For large-capacity vehicles, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to receive a refund.

All refunds, once approved, are processed after deducting applicable transaction fees and administrative charges. Cancellations made beyond the timeframes above are not refundable.

8. Pricing, Payment, and Charges

The fare you see at the time of booking is the price you will be charged. This may include applicable taxes, tolls, surcharges, and airport fees.

Payments are processed securely through your selected payment method once your booking is confirmed. A receipt will be emailed to you.

In most cases, fares are non-refundable. Refunds or adjustments may be made only in special situations at the discretion of RideUp Limo.

  • Cancellation after driver dispatch may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Excessive cleaning or vehicle damage will be charged to the account holder.
  • Extra stops, waiting time, or additional services may result in extra charges.

Gratuities are optional and go directly to your driver.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on the RideUp Limo Platform are the property of RideUp Limo.

By submitting feedback, you grant RideUp Limo the right to use it without compensation.

10. Service Disclaimer

RideUp Limo is not a transportation company. All driving services are provided by independent licensed operators.

11. Limitation of Liability

RideUp Limo’s maximum liability is limited to the greater of the total amount paid in the past twelve months or $1,000.

12. Guest Responsibilities and Indemnification

Guests agree to use the platform responsibly and indemnify RideUp Limo against misuse or unlawful actions.

13. Force Majeure

RideUp Limo is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

14. Termination of Services

RideUp Limo may terminate accounts for eligibility failures, misuse, or policy violations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, subject to arbitration rules.

16. Court Jurisdiction if Arbitration Does Not Apply

Disputes will be resolved in the courts where the incident occurred.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and RideUp Limo.

18. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from RideUp Limo, including appointment reminders and follow-ups. Phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message frequency may vary (up to 10 messages per week). Standard carrier rates may apply.
